About NSS
NSS campaign has been going on for a long time at Government College Ajnala. A committee has been formed in this regard, which has two members including Dr. Priya Lashmi and Sumandeep Kaur, who are also associated with the Department of Commerce and Economics.As per the instructions of the Punjab Government, various activities are organized in the college from time to time so that the students can be made aware about the social responsibility along with education.
The broad objectives of NSS are to:
- Understand the community in which they work.
- Understand themselves in relation to their community.
- Identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them in problem solving process.
