Organized under the visionary guidance of Principal Ms. Parminder Kaur from 16.12.2024 to 20.12.2024 under the ‘Vocationalisation and Skill Orientation Programs Scheme’ supported by Financial Aid from Higher Education Punjab. The Resource Person for the workshop was Ms. Krishma Arora.

• Day1
  Started with Introduction on Resume and AI. Resume format and AI tools were discussed namely Chatgpt, Resume.io, Interview warmup etc were discussed and how it can be helpful in their eduction journey. Also they were given a live demo on making a resume on BharatLinkr.
• Day2
  Resume preparation was the main focus along with making Resume on BharatLinkr. Students were given a Resume format for freshers to prepare their Resume which was checked side by side. Along with it, how to use Chatgpt and Resume.io live demo was given.
  
• Day3
  Interview preparation and the important guidelines including grooming, body language,formal attire and Interview question and answers were discussed. In addition to this, Interview warm up AI tool was discussed and given the live demo on the same. Towards the end, a roleplay on Interview was carried out.
  
• Day4
  Job portals and Interview warm up AI tool was discussed live. Every student followed the instruction and made an account on one of the job portals including naukri or shine. Linkedin was also discussed with the students. Towards the end, some more Interview questions were discussed in the form of Interview roleplay.
  
• Day5
  Career ladder, different jobs and fake jobs will be discussed. Towards the end, a roleplay to understand career hierarchy and final Interview.
