Under the visionary guidance of Principal Mrs. Parminder Kaur, Punjabi Dept. of Govt.College Ajnala celebrated Teej Festival on August 23rd, 2025.

Teej is celebrated through vibrant cultural events featuring traditional performances like giddha,folk songs and boliyan along with Mehndi application.The college campus was decorated with traditional motifs, flowers and swings.The students wore traditional dresses with flower bangles and flower tikas.

The traditional punjabi dishes like kheer- poore were served among the students.These college events promote cultural awareness,foster a sense of community and provide a platform for the students to connect with their roots and showcase their talents.
