Ajnala, August 24 ()- Under the Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program of the Election Commission of India, a special voter registration camp was organized at Government College Ajnala under the leadership of Principal Dr. Harinder Singh Gill. During this, eligible students who have completed the age of 18 were registered as voters and were made aware about the right to vote and its importance.On this occasion, SVEEP Program Nodal Officer Aarti Sharma informed the students about the documents and proof required for voter registration. She said that students who are 18 years or above should register their names in the voter list and get their voter cards made on priority basis.
